The room was a great size for my family of 5. Greatfull they offered roll away beds. The regular beds were also super comfortable.The breakfast in the mornings were great and the warm cookies at night was an extra bonus and my kids loved it. Great location, we were able to walk to a couple restaurants and close to anything else you would need.

The staff was wonderful and helpful. They let us store our bikes in the conference room. Loved the nightly cookies and the breakfast was great.

The breakfast was better than the average hotel's free food. The other Best Westerns I have stayed in had walk-in showers, which were very nice. The bed was fine and the linens were good. TV worked well.

Perfectly located close to downtown (walkable). Nice staff at reception. The room was clean and spacious. Everything ok.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Location was so close to town you could easily walk to it, and being right next to the Walla Walla Steak Co. was a huge plus.

Breakfast has so many choices! I had booked thru Bookings . Com. And had a confirmation number. Sean, who helped us and was wonderful, said the confirmation number was not valid and we did not have a reservation. He was able to offer a room directly from the Walla Wallal BW like the room we had reserved. Beware of booking on line since our reservation and confirmation number were not REAL! Thanks again Sean for the great customer service you offered to us.

The facilities in the room (eg fridge, coffee machine, coffee cups) and the very good breakfast. The personnel was very friendly.

Great staff, well lit parking accommodates a variety of vehicle sizes/ lengths. Nice complimentary breakfast.
